Together through time
A couple side by side from their teens to today, each face kept in its own place. This is the "Two people" setting.
Anniversary video maker
Upload 2 to 32 photos of the two of you, from your first photo together to a recent one. The AI morphs each photo into the next, so your years together play out in one anniversary video with music.
Photos are private and deleted after 30 days.
A good anniversary video shows how far the two of you have come. Most anniversary video makers give you a slideshow template: photos fade one into the next over a song. This one makes a morph instead. The couple in your first photo turns, walks forward and becomes the couple in the next one, until you arrive at today.
Choose "Two people" and each of you keeps your own face and your own side of the frame from start to finish, so the two faces never blend into one. Every pair of neighboring photos becomes a transition of about 5 seconds, joined into a single MP4.
Curious how one photo turns into another? Read how a photo morph works, and why it looks different from a crossfade or a face merge.
Want one of a single person instead? The growing up video maker turns baby photos of one person into a video of their life.
A slideshow shows each photo in turn. A morph shows the change between them: the haircut, the first apartment, the kids arriving. If you want title cards, captions and video clips, use a slideshow editor. If you want to watch the two of you grow older together, this is the tool.

One person from baby photos to now, made from the photos their family kept. A surprise dating anniversary video, or a Valentine’s Day gift.
Little boy to grandfather. Pair one like this for each grandparent with a couple anniversary video at a 50th anniversary party.
The right number of photos depends on how many years you are covering. A first anniversary video can be four or five photos from the year; a golden anniversary video for 50 years together can use all 32. Plan on one photo for each chapter rather than many from the same trip.
| Anniversary | Photos to gather | Video length |
|---|---|---|
| Dating anniversary or 1st year | 4 to 6: first date, first trip, moving in, the proposal | About 15 to 25 seconds |
| 5th or 10th anniversary | 8 to 12: one or two from each year | About 35 to 55 seconds |
| 25th, silver | 12 to 20: dating, wedding, each home, the kids growing | About 1 to 1.5 minutes |
| 40th or 50th, golden | 20 to 32: one from every few years, oldest prints first | About 1.5 to 2.5 minutes |
For a dating anniversary, start at the first photo you ever took together, even a blurry selfie. For a wedding anniversary, the wedding photo makes a natural middle point: the years before it on one side, the life you built on the other.
An anniversary is the obvious day, but the same couple video works for the other big moments in a relationship.
Send the anniversary video in the morning or play it at dinner. Start gathering photos a week ahead, because the best ones are often on someone else’s phone.
Play your relationship so far as an anniversary video on a laptop or TV, and let it end on the most recent photo of you both. When it finishes, ask the question.
Play your anniversary video at the rehearsal dinner or before the first dance. Choose 16:9 for a projector or TV, and download the MP4 so it does not depend on venue Wi-Fi.
Ask siblings and cousins for old prints, scan them with a phone in daylight, and play the anniversary video at the party before the toast.

To choose couple photos for an anniversary video, pick ones where both of you are clearly in the frame, standing on the same sides, close enough to see your faces, and spread across your years together. These four checks decide how good the finished video looks.
Each photo needs both faces clearly visible. A photo of only one of you breaks the two-person pattern; the one exception is a childhood photo of each of you, which we turn into one picture of you two as kids to open the video.
In an anniversary video of two people, pick photos where each of you stands on the same side, for example you on the left every time. The transitions look calmer when nobody has to swap places.
Waist-up or full-body shots of the two of you make the best anniversary video. In a group photo, crop in so the two of you fill most of the frame.
One photo for each chapter of your story beats ten from one holiday. Smaller gaps between neighboring photos give a smoother anniversary video.
You can start the anniversary video before you even met. After you order a "Two people" video, add one childhood photo of each of you in the "Start with the two of you as kids" box. The AI draws the two kids side by side in one photo, as if you had grown up together, and your anniversary video opens on it, then grows the two of you into your first photo as a couple and on to today.
Put each childhood photo on the side that person stands on in your couple photos, so nobody swaps places. You see the picture before the video is made: if a face does not look right, try again or swap sides. The picture counts as one of your photos, with no extra charge. Want a whole childhood story for one of you instead? Make a one-person video from their baby photos to the day you met.
To make an anniversary video, choose "Two people", upload 2 to 32 photos of you both, check the order, pick the music and create. There is no app to install and no editing to learn, and the MP4 is usually ready in 5 to 10 minutes.
Choose "Two people" and add photos in any order. Pick the shape: 16:9 for a TV or projector, 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, 1:1 for an Instagram post.
The AI estimates the age in each photo, going by the younger of the two of you, and puts your earliest photo first. Drag any photo that landed in the wrong place.
Pick "Wedding or anniversary" for a gentle romantic track, or upload your own song. We email you when your anniversary video is ready.
The best song for an anniversary video is usually your song: the first dance, the one from the first date, the one that was playing in the car. Upload it as an MP3 or WAV and it plays under the whole anniversary video. If you have no song in mind, choose "Wedding or anniversary" as the occasion for "Romantic", a slow piece for piano and double bass, or pick another track from our library. You can also turn music off.
Songs people often choose include "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran, "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri, "At Last" by Etta James and "Can’t Help Falling in Love" by Elvis Presley. Instagram and TikTok may mute a commercial song in an uploaded video; if that happens, post the anniversary video with our track, or with no music and add the song from the app’s own library.
One-time payment per anniversary video, no subscription. More photos make a longer video.

Choose "Two people" above, upload 2 to 32 photos of the two of you and pick the video shape. The AI sorts them by age, you choose the music, and each pair of neighboring photos becomes a 5-second morph. The finished anniversary video MP4 is usually ready in 5 to 10 minutes.
An anniversary video needs at least 2 photos and takes up to 32. Four to six photos suit a first or dating anniversary, 8 to 12 a 10th, and 20 to 32 a 50th. Each extra photo adds about 5 seconds, so 8 photos make about 35 seconds and 32 photos about 2.5 minutes.
Yes, with one exception. "Two people" keeps each of your faces in its own place from photo to photo, so every photo you upload needs both of you, ideally on the same sides. The exception is a childhood photo of each of you: the AI turns the pair into one picture of you two as kids, which opens the video. Other photos of only one of you work in a separate one-person video.
Yes, an anniversary video makes a good 25th or 50th anniversary gift. Collect old prints from the family, scan them with a phone in daylight, and pick the ones where both of them are clearly visible. Choose 16:9 to play the anniversary video on the TV at the party.
Your own song is the best choice: upload the first dance or another song that means something to you both as an MP3 or WAV. Otherwise pick "Wedding or anniversary" for a gentle romantic track from our library, or choose any other track.
There is no free version. You pay once per video, with no subscription: First Taste is $4.90 for a short video from up to 5 photos (once per customer), Standard starts at $9.90 and Premium at $19.90. If you are not happy, you get a full refund within 30 days.
